When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising are property of nemesisgifts.co.uk. Every effort is made to make images a good representation of the actual product, but 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Goods are not sold on a trial basis. If you buy goods which have no published technical specifications, it is your responsibility to establish the suitability of the goods for your intended purpose.
When you place your order you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received it. These email confirmations are produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to fulfil that order. We will then check availability of the product(s) ordered. If the product(s) is available and the details of the order are correct, you will receive an email once the product(s) is despatched. If the product is not available we will also notify you via email. In the event of a product being unavailable the payment made for the product will be refunded in full.
We may cancel any order if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified via email and any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
The price for each product is shown on our site and includes V.A.T at 20%. All prices quoted on our site are in UK pounds.
We try to ensure that the prices on our site are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the product(s) in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the email address that you have supplied us. You will have the option to re-confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you the order will be cancelled. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full.
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you make your payment.
Payment must be made at point of ordering via PayPal, NoChex or using our gift voucher(s) in UK Sterling Pounds and Pence. If you are a UK resident, then a crossed Cheque or Postal Order will be accepted. Please note that if you are paying by Cheque or Postal Order that goods will not be shipped until the funds are cleared. PayPal and NoChex accept all major credit and debit cards and do not charge fees for paying for products. PayPal transactions are covered against unauthorised payments sent from your account.

Gift vouchers cannot be used for orders already placed. If the value of the order exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid at point of ordering.
If you have more funds in your gift voucher account than the total cost of your order the balance will remain in your gift voucher account for future use.
Vouchers have a cash redemption value of 0.001p.
We always try to keep our stock figures as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that all products are always available. If we cannot supply a product that you have ordered you will notified via email and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.
We manage our deliveries utilising Royal Mail, Parcel Force and other couriers. The choice of courier/service is at our discretion with the decision based on the weight of the item(s) and destination.
We reserve the right to deliver in multiple consignments; however this will be at no extra cost.
Many of our items are sent via services requiring a signature on receipt. In the event that a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us there are two options. The package can be despatched again on payment of the additional shipping cost or a refund will be made, minus any costs to us for the original shipping and return.
Delivery times given are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for courier/postal delays. However, should your order not arrive within the time expected following our notification of despatch, please contact us and we will endeavour to locate your shipment.
UK and Export Deliveries
Delivery is based upon the combined order weight and zone. Please refer to our Shipping Costs Table for current pricing. Please note that weights stated on Nemesis Gifts website are not definitive and are purely for the use of convenience of clarifying delivery zones. Deliveries may take up to 10 working days depending on the destination.
For items that are bulky or heavy then an additional charge may be applicable. If you are unsure of the costing, or are directed by the shipping estimate to do so, then please email us providing details of the items required and we will provide a quote for the shipping.
Any person purchasing our products from outside of the UK is the importer to that destination and is responsible for all taxes and/or special duty payments on all of the products ordered.
We are not responsible for delays in the delivery or customs.
Special or customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Free Gifts and Loyalty Rewards
Free gifts and loyalty rewards are offered as a complimentary addition to your order and are subject to the terms specified. Free gifts offered are while stocks last and therefore may be of variable value. Where a free gift is offered, it is at the discretion of nemesisgifts.co.uk as to what gift is sent unless otherwise stated and no correspondence will be entered into regarding it's worth.
In the event that an order/part order is returned, it would be expected that the complimentary free gift is also returned. If the free gift is received by us in an unsaleable condition or indeed is not returned, the retail value of said item will be deducted from the returned order value before any credit is given.
Loyalty rewards are specific to your level of loyalty membership and will be automatically applied at checkout.
Where there is a specified order amount to exceed, this will be after all discounts (excluding gift vouchers) and before postal and packaging charges.
All values are based on GBP.
We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us via email and inform us of your intent to return the product. You will need to provide product details, a description of the fault and your preference for a refund or replacement. We will then provide you with the return address.
Note: We must be notified of items to be returned within 24 hours of receipt. The item must be received by us within 14 days.
Goods which are given free, or as part of an offer, are not exchangable or refundable unless the full offer is returned subject to normal terms and conditions.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned. You are responsible for the item until it is received. Note: we do not cover the cost of you returning products.
Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement where applicable.
All refunds will be processed via PayPal to the original card used for the purchase transaction. If gift voucher(s) were used to pay/part-pay for the order, then the value of the voucher will be credited to the account that the order was placed from prior to any remaining funds being credited back via PayPal.
Refunds will only be made subject to our terms and conditions.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales, except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned. You are responsible for the item until it is received.

Note: We do NOT cover the cost of you returning products. Where goods are found to be faulty, a refund of the return postage will be sent.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items.
